A Growing Network

On January 1, of 2005, BestCare, Inc., was acquired by Beech Street Corporation, the nation's leading independently owned Preferred Provider Organization (PPO). Later that following year Beech Street was acquired by Concentra Network Services (CNS) in order to expand the companies offerings in the group health market and enhances its existing lines of service to the nation's leading health plans, insurers and third-party administrators.

In June of 2007, Viant, Inc., formerly Concentra Network Services, launched as an independent company. The Viant organization encompasses all of the previous CNS entities including: Beech Street, Health Network Systems, Concentra Network Services, Concentra Preferred Systems and BestCare.

Also in June 2007, Viant through its subsidiary Beech Street, acquired ppoNEXT, Inc. Established in 1999, ppoNEXT is one of the country's largest PPO networks.
